There is a bunch of pros and cons to each option. But it's crucial to choose the right option for the choice will be permanent. You can no longer change your preference at a later point. But as I said, most experts recommend Post-Pay. Why do they detest the other option?
Care to know? Here are the reasons why:
1. Pre-Pay cannot be Altered to Post-Pays
2. Pre-Pay payment history cannot be utilized to establish invoicing as a payment option
3. Once funds are exhausted, Google may opt not to send notification
4. You may owe the Pre-Pay funds, regardless of whether you spend the budget
Additionally, Pre-Pay accounts have little documentation in Google Help. So to avoid 'preventable' problems, go for Post-Pay option. At this point, the ramifications are detrimental to the point that too much trouble isn't worth taking.
