1) Predictions + Accountability = Rankings, Leads, Sales
Predicting trends is not just about getting improved SEO rankings, whether in the short or long term. Yes, we are at the mercy of the major search engines and their ever-changing algorithms. This is why high SEO rankings take considerable time to yield.
2) Focus on Measurable Results
The keyword ranking report is not the determining factor of a successful SEO campaign. The bottom line is getting the right web traffic and commercial value of your efforts.
3) Patience is a Virtue
You cannot force Internet search engines to pick up your keywords. Being accountable to your clients means knowing when to tell them it's going to take more time to get the rankings they want and how long is long enough to wait.
4) Be Accountable for Learning and Results
Search engine optimization is a dynamic process. Clients have to understand this is not a perfect process.
5) Accountability to Everyone Involved
You have to remember that you are accountable to: your SEO team, your clients,l and the searchers.
