AdSense Imposes More Stringent Policy
Publishers are complaining about the stern policy of AdSense ads and services. Some are annoyed by the restriction to run AdSense on same page as another contextual as programs. This time around, the policy is made more stringent than ever.

In the updated policy that was released by Google yesterday, it was stated:

Competitive Ads and Services In order to prevent user confusion, we do not permit Google ads or search boxes to be published on websites that also contain other ads or services formatted to use the same layout and colors as the Google ads or search boxes on that site. Although you may sell ads directly on your site, it is your responsibility to ensure these ads cannot be confused with Google ads.

This means that when one is running AdSense on his website and YPN on the other part of it and he is using same or identical color palettes, said person is now in Violation of the policies. That grave! With the new policy, most aspects of online advertising are affected and most of the publishers are not happy about it.
