Andy Hagans used 2 domains, one is an existing domain registered around 2003 and had only 1 page indexed. It has unique content, and is also a PR5. A month later, still home page only.
The other domain is a brand new domain and Andy got hold of links from very good trusted sources such as yahoo.com, business.com, bcentral.com and a few others. In about 2 days, he got 28 pages indexed, 4 days later 160 pages in.
