I got an email from Brad Callen, the maker of SEO Elite announcing a free ebook. I was thinking, if it's from Brad Callen, it must be good. Best of all, it is free.

Adsense Arbitrage is basically buying low cost keywords from a PPC publisher and sending the traffic to a landing page optimized for high value keywords. If done right, you really can make money out of it. Think of it like stocks. "Buy Low, Sell High".

Adsence is nice but be aware of some of googles tactics and way to not pay you, my advice would be to do a search and see what everyone else is saying.
