When a web page has a
< meta name="robots" content="noindex" >
That web page should not appear in the search engine results page. The "noindex' is like an instruction of the webmaster to any search engine for them NOT to index it. However, it seems that google is ignoring this and there were lots of pages indexed even if it has that "noindex" tag.
Some say its a copyright issue. If this goes on, I bet somebody will think about charging google with a copyright infringement and take them to court.
