Google includes google video in main search engine links
Google finally included a link to google video in its main search engine home page. They dropped the froogle link.
So far, the most popular video is youtube. I believe google would want to gain the top spot in terms of video search, and adding this link really do help google visitors become more aware of google video.
With the popularity of youtube, video portals became another piece of google real estate with a good potential for monetization. And with google adsense video ads, I bet google would capitalize these technology to their advantage. Who knows, someday, we might see google adsense video ads at the beginning of every google video.
