Here are some misconceptions about affiliate marketing:
1. A nice road creates a great traffic. Catchy web sites, original content, and easy navigation do not guarantee web traffic. And traffic means money. So if your site is wanting in traffic money won't pour in.
2. Same steps mean same results. Try to think out of the box. Be creative. Be patient. Those factors could set you apart from the rest of the affiliate marketers.
3. Update regularly. That first webpage with original content needs some updating. Change the theme. Be more informative. Then watch the money roll in!
The Road to affiliate marketing success is full of pitfalls - so be wary. It's not that easy. But it's not that hard if you have the right attitude. Keep digging.
