By just reading between the lines, the company admits it is dumping the social news site. But then, the company added:

What does this mean for the netscape browser?

Absolutely nothing will change. The only area that will be affected is Netscape.com. Anything else associated with the Netscape brand will remain the same.

But come to think of it, is it really done for good? Or was it just a total failure?
