Quick SEO Tips
Online competition is stiff. And when my clients ask me to aid them in launching and promoting their web site, I think of effective SEO techniques that could bat against the competition.

The first thing that I do is to select all quality keywords to be used in my SEO techniques. Keywords in the tags, content and links are pretty essential. I see to it that chosen keywords are all competitive and not to forget- relevant.

Keywords in the content must be readable and should appear natural rather than blatant promotion looking. Another thing - they should be catchy enough to attract attention. If they aren't that appealing how are they to persuade visitors to click it?

Articles with keywords in it are also a great SEO tool. I submit them to esteemed article directories and high ranking web sites. But it is recommended to submit not more than 5 articles a day. Otherwise, there's a possibility that the site will be haunted by Google sandbox.

Major search engines will index quicker when they can find out your site have links on other web sites.

Finally, I register the site with Yahoo. Yahoo directory is a reputable one; search engines are amenable to that. Be ready to spend a little amount though.
