SEO can make big difference within months
Filed in archive SEO by Arun Radhakrishnan on February 14, 2008
DirectNews reports on the potential of Search Engine Optimization applied to web sites making big differences within a matter for few months.

An excerpt from DirectNews

Lee Smith, of search marketing agency Utopia, described online marketing as a "crucial consideration" for all businesses and claimed that it can create "substantial" growth within a few months.

Utopia has claimed to have increased some client profits by more than 300 per cent.

"By using proven SEO services for companies such as hosted exchange provider Network London, website traffic and business leads have risen by over 1000 per cent for the 12 months to January 2008," it boasted.

Content on the web makes sense only if it has its readers. And since search engines are the only vehicles for obtaining new readers, it makes logical sense to invest in services that improve the chances of a site getting its content listed and indexed by major search crawlers.

At the same time, the firm needs to provide a sufficient gestation period for the results to trickle in.
