Some forces can repel visitors from buying online. These forces include taste of choice, relationship with the store owner/employees, and trust. The thing is to make visitors your loyal customers – but how are you to do it?

There are certain considerations that you must take into account.

1. Your website must be attractive to everyone. Provide the necessary information at the same time create a warm atmosphere to welcome visitors.

2. Be sure that your products are of high quality and is really worth the price.

3. In cases of purchases, do some follow-ups. A statement of gratitude can mean more to them.

4. Establish a good relationship with your customers. Answer their queries in a generous and polite manner.

5. To give them the opportunity to express their thoughts and reactions, you can place a discussion board on your site. Though it, customers will be able to convey their comments and recommendations.

6. Make a separate set of privileges for your loyal customers. This will be your way of showing how special they are.

Remember that building trust and confidence is the strongest force that a marketer can possess.
