What does it take to reach the top?
What does it take to make your website land at the top search engine results?

Basically -it's all about links. Links are the elemental building blocks of search engine optimization. According to Google, "Inbound links (links pointing to your website from other websites) and Google PageRank are critical to ranking high at the google search engine."

Inbound links, also called back links, and keyword optimized text account for 95% of optimizing for the top three search engines.

To land on the most rewarding page is a dream come true for website owners. Good thing is, you can also land on top of the search results. To compete with your competitors, you must do the following:

1. Identify your keywords.
2. Know which keywords are on top and which are at the bottom by searching for them using the top three search engines.
3. Examine your keywords using 'allinanchor', 'allintitle', and 'allintext' analysis. If you rank highest to the three, you must be on the top 10 ranking. If you are low in 'allinanchor', you need more back links. If you are low in 'allintext' or 'allintitle', you need relevant links from web pages using your keyword text or title.
