Would You Like Google To Drive Your Car?
Do you want Google to drive your car for you? In a recent press release, Larry Page, Google's co-founder divulged that 40,000 people die annually in US car crashes. Then he "proposed giving computers control over cars" so that there will be less road accidents.

Page added that while many people fear the loss of control, computer guided cars would mean that a lot fewer people would die. He also told the boffins at the American Association for the Advancement of Science that they have to start marketing themselves a bit better. He noted that if no one really pays attention to them, they have a serious marketing problem.

You might wonder, what the heck is Page proposing such feature? We all know that Lexus, a division of Toyota Motor Corp., has already unleashed a car that parks itself. Is there a need to compete with the feature? Moreover, why can't Google introduce something new like a feature that would enable cars to completely drive themselves? But the main question is - would people put their trust on Google to drive them around?
